Frazier Life Sciences

We receive referrals from VC firms. And some times they also become our clients. Frazier Life Sciences is a venture capital firm – a part of Frazier Healthcare Partners – formed a special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) to take public.

SPAC is a blank check entity that raises public money, which then can be invested in a pre-IPO privately held company. When the company goes public, it generates a quick and substantial return on investment for SPAC shareholders.

2020 was a very busy year for SPAC IPOs. Frazier Life Sciences was late entering the game and needed a clear story to convince investors how their SPAC is different and why it will be successful.

The firm was referred to us by the Credit Suisse team, with whom we worked closely on this project.

As a result, Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: FLACU) had a successful IPO and raised $120M  in its initial public offering in December 2020.
