Mustang Bio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of cell and gene therapies to fight rare oncology and genetic diseases. Their unique model includes collaborating with leading institutions to acquire the rights to novel therapeutics and help bring those therapies to market.

Referred to us by a client, Mustang grew rapidly, which resulted in the acquisition a broad range of programs while building their own CGT manufacturing facility. Their corporate presentation grew with each additional asset and became cluttered with program-specific details, which detracted from the main message that had made Mustang stand out.

We refocused their deck to highlight Mustang’s greater positioning and business strategy, organized their content in a logical way, and created a deck structure that is easier to follow. By explaining the company’s overall business approach and linking each of the individual programs back to it, Mustang’s strengths and value become clear.
